Capricorn Hotel Suva

Great location with a fine harbor view.

Handy very central location close to Suva markets. Besides, the property was 3 km away from The Great Barn. Greatly enjoyed the well-appointed and tidy room, and the nice view of sea view. A microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator worked well.

Facilities were clean, though Wi-Fi connection was weak.

Has comfortable and the best setting.

We had a grand stay! The location was right in the middle of Suva city, so we could walk everywhere we needed. Room was spotless, but I felt the pool closed a bit too early for my liking. a lovely experience!

The location was really good as it's right in the cbd and is close to all shops and restaurants and other entertainments. Staff also was warm and always obliged to our small needs. I would recommend to anyone looking for a sizable family unit and enjoys shopping and nights out downtown. Bula vinaka!

The location to an offshore island was perfect.

Spacious rooms and great location

I stayed for 4 nights in a studio room, and the spaciousness was a definite highlight! The room had a well-equipped kitchenette with everything I needed for cooking, and the view from my room was quite refreshing, allowing me to catch glimpses of the sea. The only drawback was that some of the linens, particularly the towels, felt a bit worn and could use an update.

The location was particularly good and ideal conveniently close to the city centre and met needs. The atmosphere created was exclusive...

Excellent location, just a short stroll to many attractions. The pool was refreshing, and the staff were accommodating and friendly (a real charm!). Housekeeping was diligent, keeping everything super clean.

The evening lighting outside could be improved. It felt a bit dark when returning from nights out.

Convenient, quiet

Some facilities and services did not match the adverts. Some charges not advertised.

The hotel was very conveniently located near the central area of Suva, just five minutes' from the municipal market and the Tappoo Shopping Mall. The room was large and well-equipped with a full-size refrigerator, portable propane stove, microwave, and pots and dishes. The room was quite large, and with a double bed, single bed, and a couch the room could easily accommodate a family of four. Nice view of the harbor. The hotel also has a pool, although I did not use it. The free parking was also useful, as parking in Suva is not easy.

The hotel advertises wi-fi throughout the building but actually there is no wi-fi anywhere in the hotel, even in the lobby. There was an old computer in the lobby that supposedly was available for Internet connection but it was out of order.

Solo travelers should consider this place

The apartments are spacious! With a kitchen, TV that actually works, and a fine balcony overlooking the harbour. One evening, I sat outside on the big wooden couch, sipping my drink while watching the sunset over the bay, it was like living in a postcard.

It wasn't cheap, but my stay was acceptable overall.

Favourable and ideal location to a recreational park. Near to an offshore island, the nearby shops and restaurants and the Suva markets, Cummings Street and the MH shopping Centre and the nearby shops and restaurants. Functional & reasonably large rooms with views looking down over.

Convenience and inexpensive accommodations; enjoyed the kitchen and the first shower with running water we'd had in two weeks.
